I’m a pastor in Northern California

For over 20 years I have been serving the church through pastoral ministry

I am privileged to serve in one of the most secular, unchurched regions of the country. I firmly believe that living the way of Jesus leads to a life quality that lasts into God’s good future!

Currently, I serve as a teaching pastor at Hope Commons Church in Chico CA, overseeing our weekend teaching team, fostering spiritual growth opportunities, and cultivating a culture of learning, all while enjoying copious amounts of coffee. Additionally, I have the honor of serving as an adjunct professor at Nazarene Bible College Alliance program, where I am dedicated to shaping future generations of pastors.

My wife Sarah and I have been happily married for 17 years. Together, we are blessed with two boys who are passionate about music, baseball, and video games. In July 2024, I competed in my first 70.3 Ironman and can’t wait for the next one!
